Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or delays, we will notify you by email. For Mustard Made brand products please check information below.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to EU countries, UK, Switzerland, United States and Canada. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability. We do not ship Mustard Made brand products outside EU. 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. For Mustard Made brand products please check information below.

 

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

- Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: 2–5 business days

- other countries: 5–12 business days

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it. For Mustard Made brand products please check information below.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue. For Mustard Made brand products please check information below.

Mustard Made product shipping

  • All Mustard Made products will be dispatched from our partner warehouse within 1-3 business days. During busy periods this timeframe may increase. Please allow this time to process and prepare your order. Delivery timeframes displayed when ordering are to be used as guides only. We can not guarantee delivery timing and do not accept responsibility for delays exceeding the estimated delivery timeframe.

  • The couriers we use do not guarantee delivery to the door. This usually applies to remote addresses or apartments. It is your responsibility to ensure the address on the order is accessible to couriers, we cannot forward on any additional delivery instructions. If delivery cannot be completed due to access reasons, we will pass on any additional delivery fees we incur.

  • All Mustard Made products can be ONLY shipped to European countries. We do not ship Mustard Made products to USA and Canada.

  • Additional import fees such as duties and courier brokerage fees may apply to orders going to Norway and Switzerland.

  • Please double-check your address - re-delivery fees may apply if it's incorrect.

  • We can't deliver to PO Box addresses.

  • Delivery times will vary depending on where you’re based, but generally, your order will arrive within 2–6 working days from the date it’s dispatched. Rural or remote addresses may need collection from a nearby depot if door-to-door isn't possible.
