Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or delays, we will notify you by email.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to EU countries, UK, Switzerland, United States and Canada. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

 

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

- Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: 2–5 business days

- other countries: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to  carrier delays, or peak periods.

 

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
